Hver høst og vinter får jeg vottestrikkekikk. Særlig enkle, kjappe, varme, myke, herlige tova votter. I've also been thinking about all my friends that are intolerant to gluten ... how to make tasty, gluten-free Christmas cookies? So I'm trying out some different types of gluten free cookies as well this year. The thumb print cookies I've made here are made with grounded hazelnuts and gluten-free flour or almond flour. Idag har jeg lyst til å dele en superfavoritt. Havreflarn er ganske traust, men en absolutt favoritt, ikke bare til jul. Disse havreflarnene er utrolig enkle å lage, de er sprø, karamellaltige og utrolig gode. I tillegg er de billige. Passer perfekt til både kaffe og te... og gjett hva? De er en herlig liten gave alle blir glad for. Dessuten er de glutenfri! 😊 Havreflarn(ca 40 stk.) 150 g smeltet smør 6 dl lettkokte havregryn 3 egg 4 dl sukker 3 ss maismel (eller glutenfri melblanding) 1,5 ts bakepulver Sett ovenen på 175-180 grader. Smelt 100 g smør i en gryte og tilsett havregrynene. Rør godt om. Pisk egg og sukker til eggedosis. Rør inn mel og bakepulver. Bland til slutt inn havregrynsblandingen.
