Det er torsdag og snart helg. Her hos oss hadde vi litt ekstra tid mellom slagene idag og da passet det supert å lage en god hjemmelagd grønnsakpai og en god salat. Pai er super mat hvis det begynner å bli litt lite å lage middag av i kjøleskapet. Du kan bruke opp grønnsaker og rester av det du har. Så lenge du har egg er pai en super idé. Paien jeg deler idag er med broccoli, vårløk, timian og spinat, men du kan bytte ut grønnsakene med de du har i kjøleskapet. Du er garantert suksess med denne paien. Søte pærer
Hei mine venner. Det er skikkelig høst idag og jeg nyter blader som faller og frukt fra hagen. Jeg fikk en bøtte med super-gode pærer fra min mor. De fleste sv pærene forsvant på et blunk men noen gjemte jeg til et koselig lite sylteorosjekt. Å ta vare på naturens og hagens gaver er noe av det fineste jeg vet, og syltede pærer er en favoritt hos noen i familien. Det er en god og enkel dessert man kan ta fram utover vinteren, lukke øynene og drømme om lysere tider og frukt på trærne i hagen. Så, idag deler jeg min oppskrift på syltede pærer. Fall is here and I'm wearing woolen sweaters and woolen socks to keep warm. To be honest I looooove hand knit woolen socks. Nothing works better to keep the feet warm. The last week I've been knitting some woolen socks. First a couple of pairs for my guy and me to bring to the vintage camping this weekend - and then while we were there I started to make another pair for a friend. God søndag!!Helg og Tid for å kose seg litt ekstra. Det er høst, og en av mine favoritt-kaker om høsten er gulrotkake. Saftig, smaksrik og krydret med herlig krem på toppen. Min gulrotkake inneholder litt mindre sukker enn mange andre gulrotkake-oppskrifter, men til gjengjeld inneholder den litt kokkos som både gir søt og god smak og god tekstur i kaka.
