Either way, I thought it was just the right time for sharing some happy news for your summer feet. 😊
I have some pretty awesome diy recipes for warm, dry, tired summer feet I want to share with you.
Maybe you already know I looooove my essential oils and use them every single day in multiple ways.

Now, on to the recipes.
If you are like me you probably love to walk barefoot all summer. It’s so freeing and as far as I know pretty healthy and good for your body too.
But after a day of barefoot walking the feet might need some Love and Care.
Recipes in Norwegian and English 😊👇🏻
Cooling Footspray:
This foot spray is perfect for warm summer days but also for sweaty feet.
In a 100ml spray bottle combine
80 ml water
1 tbsps aloe vera gel
5 drops of peppermint essential oil
5 drops of Young Living purification essential oil
Shake well before use.
Spray on warm, sweaty or swollen feet for instant relief.
Avkjølende fotspray:
I en liten sprayflaske som rommer 100 ml (1dl) blander du
80 ml vann
1ss aloe vera gelé
5 dråper peppermynteolje
5 dråper Young Living Purification eterisk olje.
Rist godt før bruk.
Spray på varme, svette, trøtte, hovne føtter for instant lindring.
Foot soak!!
I love a good foot soak, it’s so relaxing and makes you feel renewed – besides it’s really good for the skin.
100 ml Epsom salt
10 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops peppermint essential oil
(5 drops green food coloring – optional)
Mix well and store in airtight jar.
You’ll use aprx 2 tbsps for every foot soak.
Soft and nourishing foot cream :
This cream is fluffy and perfect for dry, tired summer feet.
I usually put the cream on at night because it’s greasy and when I rest my feet it’s working wonders on the skin. 😊
50 ml organic coconut oil
50 ml organic beeswax pellets
7 drops lavender essential oil
7 drops peppermint essential oil
12 drops Roman camomile essential oil
Melt coconut oil and beeswax. Take the mixture off the heat. Add essential oils and mix well.
Let the mixture cool down until it’s harden.
If you want a fluffy cream: Take out your mixmaster and whip / mix the cream for at least 5 minuets or until fluffy and creamy.
Add to a airtight jar.
