Celebrating the new look of the blog and the warm weather in Oslo with a simple, good yogurt smoothie with tropical fruits (aka mango,pineapple, guava and banana) and iced tea.
I truly love 💗 smoothies of all sorts. They’re simple to make, you can use whatever fruits and berries you have on hand and it’s so refreshing and good.
So please enjoy today’s recipe
Simple and good tropical smoothie
Serves 2-3
200 ml yoghurt (I use plain yogurt)
250 ml frozen (or fresh) tropical fruits in cubes
150 ml iced tea. (I use homemade iced white-tea &orange tea – you can use your favourite iced tea)
Blend well until smooth.
I’ve topped with a drissle of hemp seeds and edible flowers.
