🇬🇧🇳🇴 when the evenings get darker and it's slowly starting to look like December .... at least when the Christmas magazines and the Christmas chocolates are appearing in the stores.... ok, let's say in November.... or October .... well, never mind... the point is: I LOVE A WARM, SPICY CUP OF GLÜHWEIN. I like the alcohol free version the best, made of blackberry, plum, raspberry or apple juice with lots of flavour and spices. So today I want to share one of my all time favourite recipes on apple glühwein - or as we call it in Norway: "gløgg".
