Yes, I admit I'm a ice cream lover.... or maybe more like a sherbet lover. The fruity, fresh, tasty, real taste and smooth texture are perfect for dessert all year but in the summer I think I could live of ice cream and sherbet only.... ok, and some fruits and berries ... and fresh veggies .. and... I also have this love for rhubarb. It makes me super happy when the strange large leaves and the super sour and tangy stalks appear in my garden.
