This treat is perfect for any occasion - but as the celebration of the Norwegian national day on May 17th is just around the corner, I thought the timing for this recipe was good. Nicecream is the word for vegan ice cream - or plant based ice cream. It contains very few ingredients and can be consumed right away or stored in the freezer for some days. Ingredients: 1 frozen banana in pieces 200 ml frozen raspberries 150 ml frozen strawberries 150 ml aloe juice or vegan milk (1-2 tbsps maple syrup if you prefer) Blend all ingredients well in a blender , until smooth.
