This post is quite spontaneous. Today I've been on a road trip with a friend of mine and while driving trough the beautiful landscapes, stopping here and there to take a closer look, take photos or find some geocaches I've been contemplating about how much this beautiful Mother Nature means to me. As my friend is a passionate geocacher (you can go see what this hobby is all about at www.geocaching.com ) she'll drag me out at least every once a week to go on road trips, walk in the forest, go to some lake, climb trees, go to some islands, walk in the park or climb mountains to find these little boxes with a note pad inside to write our name to tell "whoever" we were there and enjoyed the journey. The best finger food :)
Today is Sols graduation day after finishing 10th grade. Congrats to my beautiful girl!! And of course there will be a party at school where we all have to bring some finger food. I chose to make some luxurious, typical Norwegian smoked salmon&tortilla rolls. I really love this simple yet tasty finger food. I'll write this recipe in English because I wrote my sweet bun recipe yesterday in Norwegian - and because I guess it's no need for a recipe for this rolls for my Norwegian friends.
