Time for a little presentation?
Lots of things have happened on this blog lately, a new “room”, new name, lots of new readers , which I really really appreciate. Hi, welcome and thank you for reading my blog. Hope you’ll enjoy the all homemade, natural, simple, tips and ideas and recipes on the blog.
There are also plenty of you I’ve been blessed to know for a long time and who’ve followed me on my blog journey ever since my first blog; papirbloggen@blogspot, trough my other blogs and now finally onto gudruns.blog
Thank you so much for staying with me, reading, cheering me on and fill my heart with joy and happiness when you tell me you love what I share or try out my recipes and like it.
You all totally make me happy, thankful and filled with joy.
❤️
As you probably know my name is Gudrun. 😊 I’m by now the sole owner and writer of this blog. I love to spread sunshine and happiness and my purpose with this blog is sharing simple, doable ideas on a homemade, natural lifestyle including recipes for tasty homemade food for weekdays and weekends, slow fashion aka knitting and crochet patterns, diy, all natural household and wellness with essential oils and natural toxic free ingredients and all kinds of little snippets and pieces of life I believe could possibly light up your day, bring a smile on your face or spread happiness.
You might perhaps think I’m either all sunshine or really fake … neither is right 😂
I will of course look at my self as all sunshine – but truth is, life always has its twists and turns. Everybody faces failure, sorrows, fear, sickness and all the stuff life brings around – I still try to find happiness and positivity in all things – and this I want to share with you my blog readers along with my creative ideas and recipes.
Most of the things I share are easily made using things and ingredients you have on hand or easily can get. I’m a huge fan of reuse and making homemade things the easy way. No need to do it complicated, right?
Maybe some of you my Norwegian friends wonder why I have chosen to write my blog in English (and Norwegian).
I’m proud to say I have quite a lot of readers from all around the world. I guess at least 1/3 of you readers doesn’t understand Norwegian. So, that’s why I write in English. And, well, my English might be crappy but I guess it’s a bit better than google translate. 😂 if some of the posts are not in your preferred language I have added the possibility to use google translate to any language in the sidebar. 😊

Now, this was a little bit about me. Being a blogger might sometimes feel like you talk to invisible people… but I know you are there and I really do care – so if you would like to say hi or tell who you are I would really love to hear.
